Scope

These terms apply to the Pro Ai feature inside Avoid.

Subscription

Pro Ai is a recurring subscription sold through Apple App Store and Google Play.

• Plus is a one-time local premium tier and includes 7 starter AI reports after purchase.
• Pro Ai includes Plus-level access while the subscription is active.

Nature of the feature

Pro Ai reports are informational habit-support tools.

They are not:

• medical advice
• therapy
• psychiatric care
• emergency support
• legal advice

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• reviewing generated suggestions critically
• not treating the report as professional healthcare advice
• seeking qualified human help where appropriate

Usage limits

Avoid may enforce limits to protect service availability and cost control, including:

• lifetime starter-credit limits inside Plus
• monthly-reset report limits inside Pro Ai
• report size limits
• note/reflection size caps
• abuse and burst protection

Availability

Avoid may change the underlying AI model, prompt design, safety controls, rate limits, or formatting of reports over time.

No specific model availability is guaranteed.

Misuse

Avoid may suspend or block Pro Ai access for abuse, automation, attempts to bypass limits, or use that threatens service stability or cost exposure.

Refunds and billing

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and store refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play, together with RevenueCat's entitlement tracking.
